Friends Connect offers weekend outings for children aged 10-14 with disabilities across Adelaide. Group activities that focus on fun, friendship and skill building whilst accessing the community. Activities have included, indoor rock climbing, crazy golf and roller skating. All group activities are delivered by our qualified staff team who offer educational support for participants with autism and intellectual disabilities along with many other disabilities.
The Friends Connect programs offered by Interchange are claimable through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) under Core Supports through Assistance with Daily Living or Assistance with Community & Social Participation. Interchange is currently providing services for Friends Connect in Salisbury, Playford, Tea Tree Gully, Charles Sturt, Mitcham, Marion and Adelaide Hills Council areas.
